Tea Shirts

Legend tells of Shen Nong, who accidentally discovered tea in ancient China. While resting beneath a tree during his countryside travels, he brewed a pot of water with leaves that had fallen into it. With a sip, he found a delightful taste and refreshing aroma. Intrigued, he delved deeper into these leaves properties. Through experiments, he unraveled their medicinal benefits, from promoting alertness to soothing digestion. Shen Nong, captivated by tea's potential, devoted himself to studying and documenting its properties, integrating it into his herbal remedies. As time passed, tea's popularity soared, and its reputation spread far and wide, establishing a rich tea culture. Tea became one of the greatest accidents in the history of mankind. 

When we think of a tea sage, we think of a solemn, stern and serious old man, somewhere in the mountains in a cave. But when @teeregen received her Big Snow Mountain cake, she was inspired to make something more playful and fun.

This is DJ snow. He’s sitting in the Big Snow Mountains of Yunnan China, alone, but enjoying the notes of the tea. 

And that’s what tea is all about, whether you’re drinking tea alone or with friends, you always feel like you’re in good company. 

Instead of vinyl disks, DJ snow is scratching some nice vintage Puerh tea disks! Watch as the tea notes go flying off the board!
